COVID19 - CREG keeps offices closed but remains accessible

The government stresses that the virus is still present in our territory, that it remains dangerous and that telework remains the norm. For this reason, the Board of Directors has decided, for the health of our employees, visitors and suppliers, the Management Board has decided to keep the CREG offices closed until further notice.

In order to continue its activities, the CREG is organising teleworking and making maximum use of the digital information and communication channels.

What does this mean exactly?

You can still contact CREG through one of the following channels:

• From 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., you can reach CREG by telephone on the central number +32 (0)2 289 76 11.
• You can still contact our employees by telephone and e-mail.
• For general questions, as usual, you can consult our website www.creg.be or fill in the online contact form.
• We will keep you informed through our newsletter and our website.
