COVID19 - CREG closes offices but remains accessible

The Belgian National Security Council decided to extend for two weeks the measures from Wednesday 18 March to prevent further spread of the virus, so util Saturday 19 April. If needed, those measures could be longer extended.

For the health of our employees, visitors and suppliers, the Management Board has decided to close the CREG offices. This measure will remain in force until further notice.

In order to continue its activities, the CREG is organising teleworking and making maximum use of the digital information and communication channels.

What does this mean exactly?

You can still contact CREG through one of the following channels:

  • From 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., you can reach CREG by telephone on the central number +32 (0)2 289 76 11.
  • You can still contact our employees by telephone and e-mail.
  • For general questions, as usual, you can consult our website www.creg.be or fill in the online contact form.
  • We will keep you informed through our newsletter and our website.
